Two years in the making, Threads is the debut album from Nottingham post-rock band Ghosts Wear Clothes.
The first single, Stay Indoors and Watch the Buildings Burn, has received world-wide attention, being dubbed "The Soundtrack to the Revolution" by the Resistance Movement in Egypt.
"Ghosts Wear Clothes' music has the uncanny ability to meet you where you are, engulf you, and rearrange your frame of reference to lead you on an emotional tour and safely back, ultimately uplifted..." (Leftlion Magazine's- Podingham Paul)
"The trio describe their sound as ‘post-electronica weirdness’ but I would edit that to post-electronica juggernaut. Stomping drum n bass underpins eerie post-rock guitars that sway in and out of chattering electronica glitches and delicate synth keys. Such an enormous sound!" (Notts about music)
“Three piece ambient experimental electro band doing all the right things, innovative, industrial, unflinching post rock electro.” (Will Robinson – I’m Not From London promotions)
“Ambient yet powerful electro experimentation building up a great name on the Nottingham scene.” (The Maze)
